As a freelance writer/ACD at Publicis Hawkeye, I jumped back into the financial industry and spent a little over a year working on direct mail and email campaigns for Wells Fargo. Below is a sampling of some of my work.

Personal Loan Letter Kit

As any direct marketer worth his or her salt knows, you can't have a successful program without a lot of testing. In this campaign, we looked at our consumer research and created customer personas. Then, we devised a messaging and creative test to go up against our generic champion creative. Targeting customers who were savvy about managing their debt, we cut right to the chase and outlined the benefits of a Wells Fargo Personal Loan. Knowing that consolidating high-interest rate debt was the primary reason these customers chose a personal loan, we added a planning worksheet and drove them to an online calculator so they could crunch the numbers.
